Santa Clarita is a beautiful Southern California city with plenty of things to do. It has a great selection of restaurants and a premier entertainment district.
Six Flags Magic Mountain is the city’s most popular attraction. It attracts thrill-seekers with its gravity-defying coasters. Other popular attractions include the historic Walker Ranch and the Vasquez Rocks natural area and nature center.
1. Melody Ranch Museum
Santa Clarita CA had a rich Hollywood Western Culture long before it was famous for the epic roller coasters of Six Flags Magic Mountain. Many of the old relics from that time can still be seen today,especially at Melody Ranch.
Autry sold off his 110-acre Placerita Canyon property after the fire. The last 10 acres were put on the market in Nov 1990. Renaud Veluzat and Andre Veluzat were eager to purchase and restore the famed Western movie ranch.

4. Gibbon Conservation Center
The Gibbon Center is devoted to the study,conservation,and advancement of gibbons. These small Asian apes are also known as songbirds in the forest. This non-profit wildlife sanctuary is a unique facility that is home to more than 40 gibbons representing 5 of the 17 existing species.
The GCC breeds gibbons of all four gibbon genera (Hoolocks,Hylobatess,Symphalanguss and Siamangs),offers observational research to students,anthropology/biology scholars,and helps with gibbon rescue programmes in Thailand,Taiwanese,Vietnamese and Indonesian. They also provide consulting services to zoos,museums and government agencies (including the U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service),on gibbon identification,and care for gibbons in captivity.
The Gibbon Conservation Center offers a unique experience. Their staff feeds animals 10 times per day,and they know the personalities of all the animals. Their passion and devotion to these creatures is contagious.
5. Newhall Press Room
