The 6S Methodology

The first step of the 6S Methodology is Sort. This step involves identifying areas of waste and sorting out items that are no longer needed. This step involves creating an organized system for storing, organizing, and labeling items so that they can be quickly and easily found when needed. The third step is Shine.
